Dan is a mission-driven strategist, solution architect, and product leader specializing in complex customer engagement systems. He is an expert in customer relationship management (CRM), knowledge & content management, digital asset management, marketing automation, and agile methodologies. He has a deep understanding of customer journeys , omni-channel experiences, workflow automation, learning management, and privacy by design. His has spent years focusing on blockchain token models and decentralized autonomous organizations. His goal is to create a fully functioning decentralized autonomous nation, starting with a decentralized autonomous school system.

Dan was selected as a winner in the United States Department of Education’s challenge to re-imagine the higher education ecosystem. He has spoken at TechCrunch Disrupt in Berlin 2018 and at ASU GSV Summit in 2019. He was incubated at the University of Southern California’s first ever cohort for Rossier EdVentures. He is a graduate of Arizona State University with dual degrees in Broadcasting and Political Science, as well as a full-time MBA graduate of the W. P. Carey School of Business at ASU with dual specializations in Finance and Marketing.

Dan spent a decade in consulting working at Slalom and Accenture in Customer Engagement and CRM Marketing Operations practices, respectively. His past clients include PayPal, Visa, Salesforce, Microsoft, NetApp, CVS Caremark, Genentech, Walmart/Sams Club, Franklin Templeton Investments, McKesson, PG&E, and GAP.

Jose Rafael is a design leader with 15 years of strategy and design leadership, working at the forefront of human-centered design, building and launching ground breaking products and services.
He leverages his experience in technology, cognitive psychology and incentive centered design to blend the physical and digital worlds through tech-enabled and innovative digital experiences and services that inspire cultural shifts and drive visionary change.

Jose Rafael has an undergraduate degree in Systems Engineering and Information Management from Universidad Santa Maria in Venezuela and a masters in Human Computer Interaction and Incentive-Centered Design from the University of Michigan’s School of Information.

Jose Rafael has worked at Salesforce, Slalom, Lending Club, and Glassdoor. His clients as a consultant have included Apple, Salesforce, Constellation Brands, Gap, Sephora, Kaiser, Visa, Walmart, Genentech, VMware, eBay/PayPal, and Jazz Pharmaceuticals.

Genevieve spent the last decade as a personal assistant for high-net-worth individuals and family offices. This experience not only translates well for project management and overseeing operations, but it also provides unique insight that is required to turn automate the role of a personal assistant within APoll01. She brings a unique perspective when detailing product requirements and influencing design decisions.

Genevieve excels at facilitating organizational alignment of mission and vision through strategic partnership and effective collaboration with progressive leadership. She is passionate about up-skilling marginalized populations and creating solutions to vast problems by affecting greater exposure to opportunity and facilitating connection among experts and impact drivers. Her vision for the future of work and community collaboration strongly influences the backbone of APoll01 Nation - the decentralized autonomous non-profit.

Genevieve holds a bachelors degree in Journalism (Advertising & PR) from Texas Christian University. She studied abroad at the University of Sydney and interned with Universal Music Group - which aligns with one of our larger use cases in the music and entertainment industries.
